Collin Hsu (Xu Han) is a graduate student at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Southeast University. He got the BSc degree from Nanjing University in 2001.

He is the founder and Director of W3CHINA.ORG, an open organization dedicated to promoting the widespread deployment of W3C technologies. He is also leading an Open Translation Project (OTP), under which many W3C documents have been translated into Chinese and then submitted to W3C.

His research interests include Web technology, Web Services and Semantic Web.
