2011年无线和光纤通信国际会议将于2011年5月21-22日在中国，郑州召开。此会议是由IACSIT和IEEE联合举办。其主要目的就是让来自世界各地的科学家、学者、工程师和大学生以及目前正在进行的研究活动提供平台，从而促进高校之间的关系和行业研究，提供了交流的机会，新的思想和应用经验，讨论实际遇到的挑战和解决方案。在此欢迎计算机网络、计算机处理技术、流动性和应用及网络等相关领域的稿件投稿。

All papers of the ICWOC 2011 conference will be published in the  IEEE ICIME 2011 proceeding as a workshop, and all papers will be included in the IEEE Xplore, and indexed by the Ei Compendex and Thomson ISI. ICWOC 2011所有会议论文将出版在ICIME会议论文集里，收录在IEEE Xplore，并将被EI,ISTP双检索。
